Our residential service call is $99.95. That covers a factory-trained technician coming out, diagnosing the problem, and explaining the repair options before work begins.

Why is the same SEER rating priced differently across brands?

All three brands shown — Goodman, Rheem, and Daikin — are 14 SEER2 base equipment. The price differences reflect each manufacturer's warranty length, dealer credential, and component build quality. Goodman is our A+ Dealer line with a 10-year parts warranty. Rheem is our Pro Partner line with access to KwikComfort® 0% APR / 60-month financing on qualifying 16+ SEER2 upgrades. Daikin is our DCP-certified line with a 12-year parts warranty when the system is registered. Upgrades above 14 SEER2 — higher efficiency, variable-speed, premium controls — are quoted after a physical evaluation of your home.
