“Misleading scheduled service with No Stars. After speaking to a customer service representative more than once, I was told that my total fee was 99.00. I was reassured that my charge was only 99.00 and my appointment time was moved up considering the 100 degree hot weather. Over the phone the first time, it was determined and explained that water was stopped up and needed to be flushed out. I asked was that my final fee and I was told yes. The very next day, a repair guy showed up and told me that I owed 99 for him telling me that my drain is clogged up. Also I owed 185 to unclog it. Total I would have to pay 285. This was very misleading to me and I feel like I was being lied to and taken advantage of. My brother and I both purchased a total a c unit inside out and spent over 6,000 each. This was Extremely Bad Misleading customer service! Disappointed and Frustrated/ Dissatisfied Customer”
